Customer Refund & Return Policy
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Customers may return:
- damaged items
- defective items
- incorrect items received
Returns are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- personal care items
- cosmetics
- underwear/swimwear
- food products
- clearance items
- digital products
- items damaged by customer misuse
3. RETURN PROCESS
- Request a return via your ShoppazJA account
- Upload photos/video proof
- Receive return approval
- Bring to designated drop-off location or schedule pickup
- Inspection occurs
- Refund/Replacement issued
4. REFUNDS
Approved refunds may be issued as:
- original payment reversal
- wallet credit
- replacement product
Refunds may take 3–7 business days.
Refunds are processed by Bytora Limited, not by vendors directly.
5. TRADITIONAL VENDOR RETURNS
If a vendor shipped the item and was at fault, ShoppazJA may:
- deduct refund amounts from vendor payout
- impose penalties for repeat violations
- suspend vendor account
6. DFY VENDOR RETURNS
DFY vendors have no fulfilment liability.
