Customer Refund & Return Policy

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Customers may return:

  • damaged items
  • defective items
  • incorrect items received

Returns are allowed within 7 days of delivery.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • personal care items
  • cosmetics
  • underwear/swimwear
  • food products
  • clearance items
  • digital products
  • items damaged by customer misuse

3. RETURN PROCESS

  1. Request a return via your ShoppazJA account
  2. Upload photos/video proof
  3. Receive return approval
  4. Bring to designated drop-off location or schedule pickup
  5. Inspection occurs
  6. Refund/Replacement issued

4. REFUNDS

Approved refunds may be issued as:

  • original payment reversal
  • wallet credit
  • replacement product

Refunds may take 3–7 business days.

Refunds are processed by Bytora Limited, not by vendors directly.

5. TRADITIONAL VENDOR RETURNS

If a vendor shipped the item and was at fault, ShoppazJA may:

  • deduct refund amounts from vendor payout
  • impose penalties for repeat violations
  • suspend vendor account

6. DFY VENDOR RETURNS

DFY vendors have no fulfilment liability.
