When your package reaches our U.S. facility, we check it in and update your account. From there, it moves by air or sea based on the service, size, and timing. You can track the status, so you know weh yuh package deh without calling around.

Step 1: Use your U.S. shipping address

After you create your account, go to your address page. Use Address Line 1 for the facility street address and Address Line 2 for your account ID. That second line is important because it tells us the box belongs to you.

Step 2: Shop like normal

Order from the U.S. store and ship to the address in your account. If the store asks for apartment, suite, or unit number, put your Address Line 2 there.

Step 3: Watch the cut-off

If the package gets to our U.S. facility before 12 PM, it can make that day’s processing batch. After 12 PM, it goes with the next shipment. Simple.

Step 4: Air or sea

Air is faster and usually works best for regular packages. Sea is better for bigger, heavier, or bulk items. We keep the process clear so you can choose what makes sense.

Step 5: Pick up in Jamaica

When the package clears and is ready, we notify you. Then you collect it at your assigned pickup location. Easy.
