Shoppaz JA (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a brand and trade name operated by Bytora Limited, a company registered in Jamaica. Bytora Limited is the merchant of record and assumes all legal responsibility for services provided.
By accessing or using our website (shoppazja.com) and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
Any fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity may result in account suspension or termination.
By creating an account, you authorize Shoppaz JA to receive, handle, and ship packages on your behalf.

2. Use of Services

Customers purchase items from U.S. retailers (e.g., Amazon, Walmart) and ship them to their assigned Shoppaz JA U.S. address.
Shoppaz JA receives, processes, and transports packages to Jamaica for delivery or pickup.
Customers must provide accurate contact and shipping information.
Once a package is delivered to our U.S. warehouse, it is considered received and subject to our handling and shipping process.

3. Payments & Fees

All applicable fees must be paid in full before package release or delivery.
Accepted payment methods include:
Credit/Debit Card
Bank Transfer
Cash (where available)
All prices are displayed in JMD (Jamaican Dollars).
Fees may include shipping, customs duties, and handling charges where applicable.
Shoppaz JA reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines depend on shipment schedules, package type, and processing times.
Typical delivery after arrival in Jamaica:
Kingston & St. Andrew: 1–2 business days
Other parishes: 2–5 business days
Delays may occur due to:
Customs inspections
Airline or logistics disruptions
Unforeseen circumstances
Shoppaz JA is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including U.S. merchants or customs authorities.

5. Tracking & Notifications

Customers can track packages through their account dashboard.
Updates may also be sent via WhatsApp or email notifications.

6. Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Shoppaz JA is not responsible for:
Product quality issues
Incorrect or defective items from U.S. retailers
Customers must contact the original seller for product-related disputes.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use our services for:
Shipping illegal or restricted goods (e.g., weapons, narcotics, counterfeit items)
Fraud, identity misuse, or unauthorized transactions
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our systems
Harassment, abuse, or offensive conduct toward staff or users
Violations may result in:
Account suspension
Package confiscation
Legal action

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and materials on the Shoppaz JA platform are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any materials without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Shoppaz JA is not liable for:
Delays caused by airlines, customs, or third-party services
Technical issues affecting platform access
Losses due to incorrect information provided by users
Unauthorized access resulting from compromised credentials
Where liability applies, it will be limited to:
