Log into your account dashboard and click on "Profile Settings" to update your personal information, address, phone number, or email. Changes are saved immediately and will be reflected in your account.
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password. The link expires after 24 hours.
Your US shipping address is unique to your account and cannot be changed. However, if you need a different address for specific reasons, contact our support team to discuss your options.
You can update your Jamaican delivery address anytime in your account settings. Go to "Profile Settings" and update your delivery address. Changes will apply to all future shipments.
